We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and management of our B2B product portfolio. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business by delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our B2B customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute the product roadmap.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our B2B product portfolio, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer insights. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership, to gather feedback, align on goals, and drive product adoption. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide regular updates on product initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to understand customer needs, pain points, and user behavior. Leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development, ensuring our B2B product remains competitive and addresses customer challenges.

  • Product Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our B2B product portfolio. Collaborate on the creation of sales enablement materials, product documentation, and product-related content to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics and implement effective measurement tools to track product performance and user engagement. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the product management team.

Education and Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, or equivalent); MBA from a tier-1 college or institute preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management, with a focus on B2B products.
  • Strong understanding of B2B markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Experience in product management and development as a product manager/sr. product manager in new age product/tech B2B SaaS based product, preferably from a consumer Internet or E-commerce companies.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the search, recommendation, or personalization domain.
  • Good to have an understanding of search & recommendation algorithmsand industry best practices.
  • Experience & comfort in Wireframing, Roadmapping, User Story Writing, Multiple Stakeholder management
  • You have experience in writing quality User stories and other tools as required to deliver on the responsibilities of the position.
  • You have execution-mindset with ability to get hands-on (writing basic SQL queries, presentations / demos, configurations).
  • You have prior experience in working closely and cross-functionally with a number of diverse teams including Technology, Dev, Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, Content, Design and other critical decisioning teams.
  • You have worked across teams (UX, UI, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) for product design and placement.
  • You have Experienced in taking quick decisions basis data & analytical inputs.
