Key Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for the platform engineering team, accept final platform output, and iterate when needed
Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall MarTech team’s OKRs; articulate the strategy effectively to key stakeholders – Marketing, Product Activation Teams, Compliance, and other related internal teams
Define, implement, and maintain governance processes that are needed to meet digital business goals
Maintain a strong understanding of our technical architecture and challenge our engineering teams to deliver against defined goals
Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Web Content Management, SEO, CRM, Digital Asset Management, and/or other MarTech platforms
Hands-on experience in agile product management with proven track record of delivering multiple large, complex projects in the digital marketing space
Deep understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including hosting, networking, virtual infrastructure, monitoring, web servers, caching, database, CMS, front-end, microservices, and front-end frameworks is required
Extensive knowledge of managing digital platforms and the setup and management of teams which deploy on these platforms is required
Understanding of issues covering site architecture, user-interface, and navigation along with familiarity with software quality assurance processes is required
Experience with Agile methodology, Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes is required
Experience working in a CPG, healthcare, marketing agency or media organization will be a plus
Bachelor's degree
