Primary Responsibilities:

Strategically re-imagine capabilities into new, sellable units that are differentiated in the market

Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence, market sizing to build differentiated offerings

Independently manages cross-segment projects and complex initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing, and analyzing

Participates in activities within each stage of product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, Sunset)

Understands business needs in the form of initiatives, capabilities, features and tracks completion/delivery to meet client & business expectations

Analyzes, manages, and tracks program performance metrics and prepares/presents results to stakeholders

Gathers feedback from sales, client feedback surveys, and other client-facing teams to generate data-driven ideas for product enhancements

Completes market analyses and understands the competitive landscape (e.g., strengths, weaknesses, gaps, product portfolios, win/loss analyses)

Work in tandem with the product team, client services, engineering, and other stakeholders of the business to ensure smooth product delivery and ongoing optimization

Utilize process improvement methodologies to minimize and eliminate inefficient practices

Lead/guide team of product managers/product analysts working on various initiatives

Qualifications


 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT engineering or related discipline, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions

Degree in business administration, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions

11+ years of overall experience and 7+ years as a Product Manager

Experience in US healthcare with B2B or B2C companies

Experience managing capital requests and associated inputs (cost-benefits analysis, business case, etc

Demonstrated experience working with large-scale applications across payer or provider value-chain

Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple data sources and recommend actionable insights 

Experience with platform capabilities. e.g.; common data intake, common capabilitie

Proven ability to quickly gain credibility, influence, and partner with clients to deliver product outcomes

Proven excellent presentation skills

Proven self-starter with the ability to leverage critical thinking skills and prioritize one’s work
