Senior Product Manager, MarTech-CDP
Responsibilities
• Subject matter expert on Customer Data Platform, its capabilities, integrations, and limitations.
• Contributor to the overall MarTech product design and roadmap, working in partnership with key stakeholders at local and global to ideate and launch new functionalities and feature enhancements, aligned to product OKRS.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and document needs.
• Strategize, and document a scalable CDP implementation tailored to AXP needs.
• Translate Marketing team's requirements into Product/process designs and define end-to-end workflow for marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Marketing operations, engineering, DevOPS, Info security etc.
• Create & own product backlog, conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives with engineering & product teams.
• Oversee data management on CDP, including building schemas for batch and streaming.
• Oversee data management on CDP, including building schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configuring source and destination connectors, and ensuring data governance and security policies are in place, especially in regulated industries.
• Collaboration on platform enhancement requests, assisting in prioritization of requests with the respective vendor
• Creative thinker, able to re-envision existing processes to support new product development and product improvements.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience in onboarding, integrating and scaling
Mar Tech tools.
• In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms, e.g. Adobe CDP, Salesforce data cloud, mParticle, Segment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in data management, including data mapping, governance, schema creation and customer data modeling.
• Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritization
• Experience in Agile software development process such as Scrum. SAFe training and certification a plus.
• Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners.
• Proficient in creating and delivering executive presentations along with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must have strong work ethic with a global mindset, and have the ability to work independently and within a team; with a "can do" attitude toward creative problem solving.
