Senior Product Owner

Candidates would have a background in the credit card business with knowledge in disputes (previous experience with Fiserv as a processor and/or Pega Smart Disputes).

A working level or greater knowledge of BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) would be preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable in a technical role with experience leading crews in API development, defining request/response models, creation of Swagger documentation, converting business requirements to user stories and implementing strategic technology projects using scrum agile methodologies.

Since the crew is located in Pittsburgh it would be preferred the resource be willing to relocate or be based in the Pittsburgh area, but this is not required.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Alation would be preferred
