What You Need to Succeed: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through the testing process.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Test Complete, WebDriver IO etc.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  • Work towards increasing test automation coverage and efficiency.
  • Develops, modifies, and executes software test cases.
  • Analyzes features and contributes to the design from the customer's perspective.
  • Ability to independently own the project and responsible for end-to-end QA activities.
  • Mentors the team on process, product, tools, and technology capabilities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., TFS/Git etc) to manage the automation code.
  • Hands on experience in writing advanced SQL queries.
  • Partners across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort.
