Description

Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first few weeks on the job, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including employment contracts, tax forms, and company policies

Feedback and Evaluation: Solicit feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and make improvements based on their input. Track onboarding metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the program

Liaison with Hiring Managers: Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the onboarding process. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on new hire progress and address any issues or concerns

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment

Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding or program coordination

Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities
