Senior Program Manager

Work experience

A highly experienced senior program manager with experience managing large programs 10-15million+ in size preferably having experience managing Data Migration to cloud programs and in SAFe agile methodology.

Responsibilities for analytics program manager

• Will be responsible to manage a large Data Migration to cloud project/program (23million size) and managing a large program team across onsite and offshore
• Provide overarching governance of the entire program and lead a team of RTE’s Scrum masters and Migration architects to ensure completion of Data migration from Legacy DW to snowflake
• Possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Should be well conversant in English and should have excellent writing, MIS, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proactively track risks and issues of multiple migration teams and facilitate resolution or proactive management
• Be able to work under pressure and stringent timelines and ensure successful and timely completion of program as committed
• Will be accountable to manage the overall project schedule by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, and project scheduling software
• Drive monthly and quarterly steering meetings with internal and client stakeholders to provide overall status of program, highlight key risks that requires leadership attention from client side and pro-actively highlight critical risks to internal stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong reporting capabilities to report regular status reports/dashboards to internal and external stakeholders in the most concise manner
• Experience in program and project management tools (JIRA etc)
• Experience in SAFe Agile / Agile scrum executions is preferred
• Experience in BI & Data Analytics
• Advanced Excel – mandatory (Pivots, advanced financial formulas, Charts)
• Data migration project experience, ETL concepts/tools (Talend, DBT knowledge preferred)
• Powerpoint – mandatory (Develop content, visualization and Presentation)
• Provides information and analysis essential for planning and strategy development
• Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc
