Senior Programmer Analyst

Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst for a contract-to-hire position with Maricopa County. This role requires a strong background in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and will need to submit C# test results with a score of 80% or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.
Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, mentoring team members, and teaching improved processes.
Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements and preparing workflow charts and diagrams.
Encode project requirements in computer language and enter coded information into the computer.
Conduct tests to confirm program operation and modify program sequence and codes as necessary.
Maintain computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Proficient in Full Microsoft Stack Suite of Applications

Experience Required
Five (5) years of programming experience or demonstrated expertise in required skills.
Three (3) years of database design/development (MS SQL).

Experience in Government, Banking/Finance, or Healthcare environments.
Experience in System Integration.
