Senior Project Lead Engineer

You will be working as Senior Project Lead Engineer and will be part of Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Manager and will be responsible for leading all engineering activities in assignments classified as medium engineering complexity. Ensuring that activities related to engineering discipline(s) within the project are efficiently and cost- effectively executed, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring that engineering is developed with complete information - all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development
• Acting as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines
• Collaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions to correct engineering errors
• Working with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements
• Serving as a specialist in the application of advanced concepts and methods
• Leading, supervising and coordinating teams in all disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects of medium complexity

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic / instrumentation engineering
• Require 10 years of experience
• Good to have paint, chemical, paper, lube oil experience
• Should have experience in automation engineer, E2E project, team management, customer management
• Should have 800xA, Lubecell, Syncell, any DCS experience
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
