Senior Project Manage

Worked on a data analytics project supporting a commercial pharmaceutical organization in the last 2 years -Over 5 years of experience handling large scale data analytics projects -Over 10 years of project management experience handling projects from inception to completion -Experience working in a hybrid waterfall and agile environment ****It is key critical for this role for someone to have worked in a commercial pharmaceutical environment AND managing data analytics projects. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects supporting our commercial pharmaceutical organization, from inception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively manage resources to meet project milestones and deadlines. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, including data scientists, analysts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to drive project progress and resolve issues. Implement project management best practices and methodologies, leveraging a hybrid waterfall and agile approach to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize ROI for data analytics projects. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale data analytics projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Over 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a hybrid waterfall and agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
