SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required: 
CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The following highlights core skills and competencies required:

• 10-12 years managing large,  complex  EHR implementation projects with multiple work streams, vendors and business partners,  to  create and execute on project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Experience using PMP tooling like Jira, Smartsheet’s, ServiceNow ITBM for managing Project Management workflows and Microsoft Server  (Dynamic Scheduling)  for  project management plan development,  maintenance, reporting and dashboard.
• Ability to lead teams to develop infrastructure requirements and documentation within established timelines and project scope.
• Excellent interpersonal, client service, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a cross functional matrixed environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships across business and technology and can deal with conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively translate complex integration and technical concepts into business and clinical language for different audiences.
• Previous experience as a project manager working across diverse clinical,  technical, informatics and advance analytics stakeholders and teams.
