Background:

Our company is in the startup of a large transformation in order to meet up the new ESG requirements. This means that there are many metrics in scope that we as company need to meet. In order to do that we need to make sure that our digital landscape is creating/making/buying the solutions to fulfill these needs.

This role is to act as a Digital Solution Delivery Manager, and the person that will make sure that Digital delivers according to this request.

You will work closely with the Digital Leads for ESG, all Business Stakeholders and make sure that the different teams are keeping the plan, by coordinating the whole of digital deliveries. All this in order to deliver in time with the right quality.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:

The consultant will co-lead and coordinate the "ESG solution deliveries" for the whole of Group Digital that consists of several digital domains and product teams that are working on an agile-ways-of-working setup.

The consultant together with an internal Solution Delivery Manager will act as ESG point of contact for all Digital domains when it comes to deliveries!

Project Management:

* Create and follow-up on the execution plan with respect to timelines per focus area /mapped to product teams

* Responsible for ESG Digital Deliveries / Project plans and project management

* Full resource plan on higher level for the whole of digital

* Stakeholder management plan

* Risk management and ability to mitigate and escalate

* The consultant will report to Product Engineering Manager for SB&P subdomain within Business Support Domain

Requirements:

Proven experience of working with ESG and/or Sustainability

Senior Project Management experience

Proven experience of successfully leading large projects in matrix organization, in time with good quality.

Experience of working with and towards senior management

Experience of working directly with product engineering teams

Proven engineering and/or architect background

Excellent communication skills

Excellent planning skills

Experience with RFP
