Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of iManage Cloud solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent client relationship abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery and a passion for driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of iManage Cloud Implementation projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud-based implementations.
• Proven experience with iManage Cloud Implementation or similar cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
