Skills/Requirements:

• A Salesforce Project Manager is key in managing projects focused on Salesforce applications and platforms
• Basic understanding of clinical research (pharma, device and/or biotech sectors) and of Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Able to demonstrate good verbal/written communication combined with some organizational skills.
• Exhibit time management skills combined with strong collaboration and team-building awareness
• Experience in supporting project teams and meeting project timelines would be advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility in a professional mannerIs proficient in the use of all relevant EDC/CDM systems
• Can demonstrate some computing skills and has experience with MS Office suite, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Can demonstrate presentation skills.
• They oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager with good knowledge in Sales, Service and FSL.
• Well versed with REMS guidelines (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) Salesforce Implementation for Clinical Trials
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
• Experience in requirement gathering and Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
