We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a complex bulk badge rollout project for Corporate Security. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to successfully rebadge approximately 6,000 employees. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Capital Projects, administrative staff, and employees, ensuring efficient communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire badge rollout project, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Director of Capital Projects within Corporate Security.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and risk management plans.
  • Communicate project status and updates proficiently in both verbal and written forms.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, and develop all supporting process documentation.
  • Create and manage project communications plans, CONOPS, and cost identification.
  • Develop statements of work and requests for proposals as needed.
  • Document lessons learned for future project reference.
  • Monitor project change requests and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Develop automated reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and presentations for financial performance tracking.
  • Implement processes for evaluating project financial risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Establish cost estimating processes for budgeting and reporting.
  • Ensure all processes comply with Enterprise Project Management methodology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with badge renewal projects.
  • Familiarity with contract management and interpretation.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects with high customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in using Excel for financial modeling and performance reporting.
  • Experience in transportation and federal projects.

  • Proficient in communicating financial information to various stakeholders and technical staff.
  • Precise and articulate in describing financial and project issues.

This is a demanding role that requires excellent planning and organizational skills. The Senior Project Manager will be based at the Corporate Security facility in Washington, DC, and must be capable of working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
