Must Haves:

All the candidates must have at least 3 years of organization Change Management (OCM) experience with a government project.

Mandatory Qualifications:

7 years’ experience as Project Manager.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Must have PMP Certification

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead OCM role on at least one IT project.

2+ years of experience implementing OCM (Organizational Change Management) practices using an industry standard change management framework (such as anyone given below) on at least one government project.
