Amplifai is looking for a QA Lead with experience in quality assurance testing of a diverse portfolio of applications. As QA Lead, you will work with an agile team that values innovation, independence of views and a diverse and inclusive working environment.

As QA Lead, you will provide application testing support by aiding in the resolution of problems, performing UI, application, and system tests across a portfolio of applications. Additionally, you will work in agile team comprising experienced web developers, data engineers, product owners, scrum master and solutions architect to build applications to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
Provide testing support to our client and family products.

Ensure product quality through application of technical and testing skill.

Create test cases, complete manual test scripts and perform ad-hoc testing for requirement validation, acceptance criteria validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.

Help write user stories with acceptance criteria that determine specific testable product functionality.

Perform and complete testing tasks for application releases (includes new development and testing of existing functionality).

Support testing of application and environmental upgrades and resolution of production issues.

Provide solutions to our web developers when automated tests fail (e.g. supply new testing cases to replace in the automated testing suite). Create test documentation (e.g. standards, scripts).

Work with web developers to automate tests that can be moved to Continuous Integration (CI)

Communicate test results. Self-motivated with an urge to lead teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science or similar field from reputed college

Experience working with agile teams. Familiarity with MSSQL and Microsoft Azure.

Experience of both Manual and automated testing

Proficient in writing test scripts and test cases for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance, usability testing and adhering to combination of below industry tools:
