Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description:-
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with expertise in the Credit Card domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and test engineering, with proven experience in creating test data, writing test cases, executing functional, automated, and performance tests, and leading defect resolution. This role requires proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright, along with solid experience in various testing methodologies and tools. Knowledge of platform delivery methodologies, continuous integration, deployment, and testing capabilities is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for financial applications, with a focus on the Credit Card domain.
Create and maintain test data sets to support various testing scenarios and environments.
Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
Conduct functional, system integration, regression, GUI, web service, and browser compatibility testing.
Lead defect resolution efforts by identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects to closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Implement and adhere to platform delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Utilize continuous integration, deployment, and testing capabilities to streamline the software delivery process.
Work with tools such as Jenkins, Rally, JIRA, GIT, SVN, and service virtualization to support test automation and continuous testing efforts
