Years of Experience: 10+ years

Excellent communication skills: Will interact seamlessly with VP, Directors, Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Responsible for running large stakeholder meetings to facilitate release planning and execution.

Hands-on experience with Jira: Should be able to create Jira Dashboards and queries using JQL. Ability to create and maintain Confluence pages.

Good understanding of SAFe Agile: Certifications are a plus.

Release Train management experience: Facilitate Release Train meetings and processes, including Agile ceremonies and release planning activities with key business stakeholders.

PI Planning participation: Ensure prioritization alignment, resolve conflicts, and clear cross-team/ART-level impediments and risks. Strong problem-solving emphasis.

Preferred:

Has worked within AGILE teams

Experience with GitHub/GitLab/other version control systems

Good documentation skills
