Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to play a crucial role within our Risk Transformation and Execution team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering insightful reports that support large-scale implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data visualization and proficiency in various reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for C-suite leadership, program managers, and other executives
Leverage tools like Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Report Builder to create impactful, repeatable reporting packages
Deliver accurate and timely reports on program status, trends, data quality, and other key metrics
Partner with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations
Continuously improve reporting processes and explore new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
Extensive experience in developing and deploying reports
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and/or MicroStrategy
Demonstrated ability to craft visually appealing and insightful reports
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
