Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in our revenue management and operational strategy on the revenue operations team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Marketing to analyze revenue trends, optimize processes, and implement workflows. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's bottom line by providing key insights to Wix’s executive leadership team. On a daily basis, you will:
- Analyze productivity metrics, performance data, revenue attainment, pipeline health to identify trends and communicate to leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and maintain revenue forecasting models
- Manage Deal Desk for high revenue deals
- Develop and maintain KPI’s and productivity benchmarks
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and create technical documentation for our development team while providing feedback on process
- Create ad hoc salesforce reporting, create and maintain dashboards
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and synthesize in a way that is clear and insightful to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong Salesforce proficiency
- 5+ years experience working in a sales and account management organization or on an operations team which supported a sales and account management organization
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft, Zoominfo, Marketo, Workato is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Demonstrated ownership of critical sales and account management projects
