Senior Salesforce Developer cum Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for seamless integration into existing systems.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.

Conduct design and discovery workshops to identify optimal solutions.

Design and architect Salesforce solutions using advanced configuration tools.

Lead and manage data migration projects to Salesforce.

Customize Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce.

Ensure solutions meet quality standards and scalability requirements, adhering to industry best practices.

Uphold compliance with security, regulatory, and architectural standards.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and consultants.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

Provide expert advice on best practices for Salesforce implementation and customization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect.

Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Visualforce.

Extensive experience with data migration processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and conduct workshops.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.

Demonstrated experience in functional consulting, business process analysis, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).

Experience with additional Salesforce tools and technologies.

Prior experience in a senior functional consultant role.
