Senior Salesforce Developer

 
Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development.
Responsible for developing in Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning component development, developing automation by utilizing out-of-the-box processes and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization and integration.
Provide support across systems and related integrations native to the Salesforce ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring.

Basic Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
Strong experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using flow, workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
Strong Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs.
Expereince on data structures and algorithms.
Well versed in understanding and setting-up the security configuration in org with a large number of users.
Understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes.
Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce custom-build application.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, visual-flows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards at a large organization.
Strong of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs at a large organization.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
Certified Salesforce PD1 or equivalent experience.
