Key Responsibilities:

 

Employ a balanced 50% out-of-the-box and 50% custom configuration approach to maximize the Salesforce Health Cloud's effectiveness.
Leverage Health Cloud expertise to optimize functionality and integrate Member Portals seamlessly.
Create and manage Member Portals within the Salesforce environment to enhance user experience.
Develop clear technical requirements documentation to align project specifications with business needs.
Apply Salesforce Lightning Services (SLS) expertise for streamlined system functionality.
Utilize JavaScript, HTML, VisualForce, and Lightning components for tailored solutions.
Implement SOAP/REST API integrations for seamless connections between Salesforce and external applications.

 

Qualifications:

 

Solid Health Plan Insurance experience, understanding industry nuances.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, balancing out-of-the-box and custom configuration.
Extensive Health Cloud expertise for effective implementation and optimization of health-related functionalities.
Demonstrated experience in developing Member Portals within Salesforce.
Ability to draft comprehensive technical requirements aligned with business needs.
Strong command of Salesforce Lightning Services (SLS) for improved system performance.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, VisualForce, Lightning, and API integrations for customized solutions.
