Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrates superior problem solving and collaboration while providing operational support, maintenance and advanced administration and implementation of the Salesforce platform and related applications leveraging agile (kanban/scrum) practices including troubleshooting, performance monitoring and management, user profile/access management, data management, security, optimization, and disaster recovery / business continuity planning.
Design, develop and implement automation opportunities and process improvements with focus on configuration leveraging Flow
Create and maintain documentation relating to configurations, back-up and recovery processes, security, monitoring, storage administration, license and capacity planning, disaster recovery / business continuity
Provide quick and effective response to production issues and takes responsibility for communications, incident management and escalations, seeing those issues through to resolution.  Ensure proper incident root cause analysis is completed and reported out to management.

Requirements:
Minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
Experience supporting large scale Salesforce org (>500 users) in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Experience with AppExchange packages including document generation, DevOps, deduplication, and backup/recovery tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with deployments using version control for deploying configurations between environments
Prefer Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification
