Senior Salesforce + Veeva Developer

Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce + Veeva Senior Developer with extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry. 
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Veeva CRM implementations, working closely 
with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in driving the success of our Salesforce and 
Veeva initiatives, helping to shape the technical direction of the organization. 
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Veeva CRM solutions. 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and build solutions 
that support business processes in the Life Sciences domain. 
 Customize and configure Salesforce and Veeva applications, including Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), 
Visualforce, and integrations. 
 Optimize and maintain Veeva CRM configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory 
frameworks. 
 Implement data migrations, integrations, and automation processes within Salesforce and Veeva environments. 
 Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting, providing technical expertise in Salesforce 
and Veeva. 
 Stay updated on Salesforce and Veeva product releases and industry best practices, offering recommendations for 
continuous improvement. 
 Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth. 
Required Qualifications: 
 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM. 
 Proven experience in the Life Sciences Industry and familiarity with regulatory standards such as GxP. 
 Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is mandatory. 
 Expertise in Salesforce platform development including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations 
(SOAP/REST APIs). 
 Veeva CRM certification or relevant experience in Veeva CRM implementations. 
 Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. 
 Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications are highly desirable. 
 Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
Preferred Skills: 
 Knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks like FDA, EMA, etc. 
 Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). 
 Knowledge of Veeva Vault and other Veeva product lines. 
 Experience with Data Loader, ETL Tools, and CI/CD processes. 
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment, ensuring compliance with the Life Sciences industry 
standards.
