Incident Resolution

Implementing SAP S/4HANA & SAP ECC FIORI Application & Upgrade

Monitoring ticket requests

S/4HANA suggestions & implementation

Critical Incident Management skills

Status reporting to Project Manager

Must have knowledge of SAP and FIORI
