Your tasks: Development and implementation of the ServiceNow architecture strategy, tailored to business requirements You advise and support our customers in their ServiceNow digitalization strategies You act as a SPOC for dedicated customers Design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions Creation of technical designs, documentation and architectural diagrams Leading and mentoring consultants and other team members Work closely with specialist departments to understand their requirements and develop implementable solutions Ensuring the performance, scalability and security of the ServiceNow platform Conducting code reviews and quality assurance Identifying and implementing improvements to the ServiceNow platform Participate in the selection and implementation of new ServiceNow features and updates Support in the creation of effort estimates and project planning
Your profile: Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field Several years of practical project experience in the ServiceNow environment, in consulting and supporting customers (ideally in the retail environment) At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Architecture ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is mandatory Certification as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) advantageous Knowledge of the retail environment desirable/advantageous Sound knowledge of modeling business processes and translating these into technical solutions Experience with various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.). Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team and work independently Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
