Key Responsibilities:

ITSM Implementation: Proficient in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Scripting: Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rule, Script Include, Fix Scripts, workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound scripts.
Service Portal: Good experience in Service Portal development and widget creation to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
Integration: Very good experience in REST and SOAP-based integration, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation. Knowledge of authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.
Domain Separation: Experienced in implementing ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances, ensuring data and process isolation for different business units.
ServiceNow Modules: Proficient in implementing ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration, with a focus on use case implementation.
MID Server Management: Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management to facilitate communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
Custom Applications: Experience in custom applications development within the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.
LDAP/Active Directory/SSO: Experience in LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation to ensure seamless user authentication and access management.
Additional ServiceNow Modules: Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and IT Business Management (ITBM) modules.
Performance Analytics: Experience in working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics to measure, monitor, and optimize service performance.
Service Portal Design: Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience and accessibility.
Best Practice Recommendations: Ability to review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations aligned with ServiceNow OEM guidelines.
ServiceNow Community Involvement: Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing awareness of the latest ServiceNow features and updates.

Essential Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
