Position Summary:
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is the technical leader for operational support of the ServiceNow instance, managing and resolving complex issues, providing architectural guidance, and handling normal operational requests, asset management, and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support (30%)
Provide production and end-user support.
Administer users, workflows, tables, and data.
Ensure security standards are met.
Technical Development and Testing (30%)
Understand integrations via Active Directory, identity management systems, APIs, and other tools.
Software Development (20%)
Plan, design, develop, modify, deploy, and evaluate complex software.
Analyze and apply programming security practices.
Develop and execute test plans and system implementation plans.
Negotiate software specifications with stakeholders.
User Training and Documentation (20%)
Develop and provide user training for ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications:
