Description
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years overall work experience with at least 4+ years as a ServiceNow Developer on the ServiceNow platform
- Related knowledge of the HAM/SAM (Pro) IT Asset Management Modules and the CMDB Modules in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow advanced capabilities such as Virtua) agent, Agent Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, ITOM, Discoveryor Service Mapping
- Experience supporting customers in a dynamic IT operations environment
- Cloud development experience Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
- System integration experience using webservices and other web-based technologiessuch as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network
