Certified ServiceNow Developer - ITOM
TYPE: Contract to Hire (Possible) so GC or Citizen only
OFFICE LOCATION: Remote work (local to Az)

CORE TIME ZONE: Phoenix, Arizona - Local candidates are preferred and will be given priority.
*Must be certified ServiceNow Developer & Administrator
*Must have one certification in a Module (ITOM Preferred)

PROJECT INFORMATION:
They will be working within the ITOM space, such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Knowledge within GRC, SecOps, of Vulnerability Management is a plus.
This person will be responsible for leading the CMDB Walk-to-Run Stage enhancements project.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Certified ServiceNow Developer
• 3 Additional certifications within ServiceNow modules
• Experience with Agile / Scrum

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 8 years’ experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration
• 8 years’ experience building or maintaining Rest APIs
• 8 years’ experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
• 8 years’ experience with SQL and relational databases
• 5 years’ experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules
• 5 years’ Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Security Operations modules
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• ITIL related certification – Foundations or higher
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – (included recent Deltas)
• Experience with Integration Hub, Managed and Custom Spokes
• Experience building Custom Applications, including new roles, tables, metrics, & reporting.
• Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
