Senior Software Engineer

Actively looking for Senior Software Engineer

Type: Full Time Position, On Client Payroll

Location - remote WFH

Only immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 7-9 years of industry experience developing enterprise software and multi-tiered, Internet-based

applications

• Experience in object-oriented programming using Java

• Experience with Oracle database, including use of SQL and database stored procedures such as PL/SQL

• Working knowledge of Web Services and Struts2, Spring MVC or a similar framework, with applications running

on Tomcat or a similar application server

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments, JavaScript/AJAX, and data interchange formats such as

JSON and XML

• Experience in Angular or React JS is an added advantage

• Understanding of Internet security and encryption technologies

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development lifecycles

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and applied release management principles and techniques

• Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills

• Ability to properly document and unit test software designs and code

• Understanding of technical peer-review approaches and techniques

• Domain name and DNS technology experience is a plus, as is experience with software testing, software

development lifecycles, and project management.

• Function effectively as an integral part of a cross-functional product team that includes representatives from

engineering, marketing, operations, customer service, business development, and program management.

• Communicate effectively in person and in writing.

• Exercise a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Handle multiple time demands in an interrupt-driven environment.

• Recognize and manage stressful situations.

• Fluency in technical English is a requirement.
