Job Summary:
Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
Take charge of critical production incidents/outages recovery, ensuring applications are restored within agreed SLAs
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in reducing technical debts through problem management frameworks and automation solutions
Key Responsibilities (% of time)
Leverage 10 years of IT industry experience, with 4-6 years specifically in production support engagements
Demonstrate strong technical proficiency and understanding of application software architecture, development, support, and operation
Manage stakeholders effectively with a consultative communication style when addressing issues and proposing solutions
Apply ITIL processes for service management, including incident management, problem management, and change management
Exhibit expertise in .NET or similar programming languages, as well as database technologies such as MSSQL and Azure Storage Explorer
