Senior Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (.Net Fullstack)

Experience: 6-8 Years

Mode of Hire : Fulltime

React Developer with .Net experience or .Net developer with React, JS, HTML, CSS experience. Azure or GCP

Required Skills:

An expertise in .Net and working experience in React based web applications. Hands on and design knowledge on React would come handy and will be differentiating skill for this role.
Experience in technically leading an Agile team will come handy
Very good experience in working in Agile teams that follow Agile principles and has a good knowledge of Agile. The Engineer should have an appreciation of Agile principles that goes beyond knowing what it is.
Quality is the core of the Engineering and the Engineering team is expected to focus on quality as much as development since our work environment is working in Shift-Left mode of development practice (where Quality assurance is not a phase but is part of the development process right from the inception of requirement). An experience of having led teams that have adopted Shift left methodology of development would come handy. If not, the Engineer must be able to adapt quickly and guide the team towards adopting the Shift Left mode of development.
The Engineer should have worked in cross-cultural environment.
Working experience on applications running on AWS /GCP/Azure cloud platforms will be required
