Key Duties/Responsibilities ​

Is responsible for a robust and efficient implementation.
Suggests short- and long-term solutions.
Participates and leads software design meetings and analyses user needs to determine technical requirements.
Collaborates with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
Designs and develops high-quality code.
Tests, debugs, analyses, and fixes application problems/issues. Works closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.
Follows the software development lifecycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for software or development process improvements.
Participates in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices and conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements.
Provides direction to less skilled employees. May design and implement training plans.
Interacts with internal and/or external stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
Researches and remains informed of new technology and development tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Qualifications​

Must have strong working knowledge of developing, designing, and implementing large scale enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
A degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent by experience
Min 8+ years of IT experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Working knowledge of source tools (Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory …)
Master of major programming language (Java),
Interest in Front-end languages and frameworks (JavaScript / Angular or React)
Must have hands-on experience with angular8 or above.
Good experience with spring boot, API, JPA. Understanding of angular Js is good to have.
Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (eg. Hibernate)
Work with JBoss EAP and Oracle EE Databases
Ability and interest to learn new languages and technology stack.
Autonomous, rigorous and team spirit skills.
