Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Implementation
Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Core HR, focusing on PPM-based timesheet functionality
Ensure compliance with project-specific requirements by integrating OTL with Project Costing and Payroll modules
Requirement Gathering and Functional Design :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze time-tracking requirements for projects, translating them into system specifications and functional designs
Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration books
Testing and Quality Assurance :
Prepare, execute, and oversee test scripts for OTL and Core HR modules, ensuring all configurations meet requirements
Identify and resolve testing defects and manage release upgrade testing to ensure system stability post-upgrade
Project Management and Communication :
Communicate project progress, challenges, and issues to team leads and escalate as necessary
Provide offshore support for project deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion
Workflow and Security Configuration :
Design and configure workflows, as well as set up security protocols for OTL and related HCM modules
Support a structured software development life-cycle methodology and work effectively with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams
Professional Experience :
6-8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Core HR
Proven expertise in project-based time entry, PPM, and integration with Project Costing and Payroll modules
