As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will:
- Be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Provide technical solutions and support to ensure the efficient functioning of ServiceNow within the organization.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. This includes data transformation and mapping.
- Implement advanced scripting and automation solutions to enhance platform functionality and automate routine tasks.
- Configure and maintain user roles, access controls, and system settings to ensure a secure and efficient ServiceNow environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3+ Years of deep understanding of ServiceNow.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including various modules.
- Create and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Expertise in JavaScript, including both server-side and client-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services for building integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
