About The Team

MIS team is responsible for understanding customers needs across multiple journeys and performing extensive tests of design and execution and detect opportunities through data analysis/visualization and presentations, thereby ensuring the right datasets are in place across multiple customer journeys with operational excellence while executing such processes.

You Are Responsible For

Take complete responsibility for stress testing processes, identification of problems along with root cause by self analyzing certain dataset or partnering with cross functional teams and appropriately documenting and quantifying findings in a specified manner 
Recommend dataset and governance the repository, drive dataflow and stick to stipulated time frame by providing seamless dataflow
Check effectiveness of innovative ideas around the appropriate tools and measurement system
Performing any other duties as assigned by Managers

What You’ll Need

[Mandatory] - Minimum 2 Years of experience as data analyst/scientist is preferable
[Mandatory] - Expertise in SQL / Process Mapping / Python / Powerbi / Advanced Excel/ GStudio
[Mandatory] - Data Visualization, Excel and MS Office / GSuite
Lean / Six Sigma Certified [Good to Have]
Ability to think through multiple dimensions, having passion to go above and beyond in order to discover and anticipate business needs
Skill set to gather and join multiple information / data points and derive logical conclusions and make decisions 
Good articulation skills, ability to both understand and explain information in a procedural fashion
Teamwork: Able to work with various process owners, technical resources and Leadership
