Senior Staff Mendix Engineer

job Summary
Analyzes business requirements/functional designs and works with business teams, BSAs, and other engineers to design systems and application software, mentor junior members of the team.
Responsibilities
    Design integrating solutions to meet the company's needs.
    Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
    Resolving technical problems as they arise.
    Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
    Always turned on for Researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
    Informing various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
    Assessing the business impact that confident technical choices have.
    Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
Requirements
    Bachelor/Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
    Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
    Effective communication skills.
    Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    8+ years of working experience in developing Enterprise Applications
    3+ years of working experience in Mendix
    Excellent working experience within an Agile environment
    Experienced in designing mobile-friendly websites and web-based applications
    Demonstrated front-end development experience
    Demonstrated experience building UI deliverables such as wireframes, design mock-up’s, user workflows, functional specifications, and style guides.
    In-depth knowledge/understanding of enterprise architecture patterns
    Excellent working experience in Enterprise Applications (Web/Mobile), Integrations(REST, SOAP, OData, etc.).
    In-depth understanding of functional/non-functional asks while solution designing.
    Excellent understanding of backend and front-end technologies like Java, Node Js, React Js, and Angular Js.
    A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Sass
    Experienced with proven UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
    A basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
    Excellent understanding of Cloud concepts
