**Track market developments and make recommendations regarding upgrades, endpoint engineering, and management solutions to improve efficiency.*

**Actively monitor key metrics, report on trends, and make improvement recommendations.*

*Coordinate and lead system and service maintenance activities. Perform highly complex application and service upgrades (hardware, operating system, software) as well as regular health checks in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures.**

**Recommend and participate in the creation of corporate standards, best practices, and roadmaps for Information Technology endpoint systems, services, and technologies.*

**Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, performing well under deadlines.*

**Proactively identify, develop, and implement automated service delivery, provisioning, and remediation processes that reduce or eliminate user interaction and enhance system and service reliability.**

Qualification And Experience Requirements
**5+ years of Desktop Engineer experience in a Windows Network Environment.*

**Expert in Windows management with SCCM or Intune, including OS delivery, policies, Application packaging, Software deployment, and Patches deployment.*

**In-depth knowledge of Autopilot and zero-touch deployments.*

**Strong professional and interpersonal skills including: Creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, planned and organized coordination of cross-functional teams, and acute attention to detail.*

**Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Registry, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory is required.**

**Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 products, Chrome, Citrix Remote Access, VPN, and Anti-Virus software is required.**

**A strong understanding of network concepts including VLANs, Routing, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, and Traffic Analysis is required.**

**A strong understanding of security concepts including SSL, PKI, VPNs, Firewalls, DMZ, and cyber-attacks is required.**

**Experience with managing MacOS and iOS devices with MDM is required.**

**Experience with custom reporting and queries with SQL and PowerBI.**

**Experience in Microsoft Azure environment.**

**Experience in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure systems (preferably Windows).**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical users.*
