Senior Systems Analyst

Position Overview
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will lead solution delivery and support the day-to-day operations of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves overseeing administration, critical issue resolution, and development within Blue Yonder WMS. You will also manage complex projects, enhancements, and service requests in an Agile Continuous Delivery operating model, collaborating with functional leaders, business and technical solution architects, and other IT and Supply Chain experts to deploy new business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Service Delivery: Own the technical service delivery for Blue Yonder WMS, including configuration, secondary level support, system maintenance, monitoring, and improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain proactive relationships with internal business customers and other IT teams, ensuring effective communication and value delivery.
Continuous Delivery: Participate in Agile teams to provide a continuous flow of capabilities and valuable solutions meeting business needs.
Project Support: Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS initiatives, including Automated Guided Vehicle integration and WMS implementations.
System Oversight: Understand the end-to-end application environment and work with architects to ensure alignment with strategic direction.
Outsourcer Management: Oversee IT Outsourcer service management, including incident management, root cause analysis, issue escalation, and change management.
Security and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and processes, especially concerning sensitive data.
Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry-specific technologies and emerging trends.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Information Technology or relevant experience.
3+ years as a Blue Yonder WMS IT administrator.
In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS.
Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

Skills:
Strong data management skills, including designing integrations with business systems and external vendors (SAP ECC or S/4, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.).
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
