Role: Senior Talent Acquisition

Location: Noida

Experience: 5-8 years

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process for technical positions.

2. Demonstrate expertise in hiring for different clients, including a deep understanding of client requirements, candidate assessment, and negotiation of terms.

3. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

 4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a collaborative and efficient recruitment process.

5. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and Competitor landscapes to provide insights into talent acquisition strategies.

6. Proactive Recruitment: Actively source passive candidates and create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and organizational compliance in recruitment practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

8. Reporting: Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and suggest improvements.

 

Qualifications:  

 

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.                                  

         5. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
