Senior Technical Analyst (PRM Application)

Location: TN-Nashville- Hybrid once construction is finished, for now it will be remote.

Duration: 6 months

Position’s Contributions To Work Group:

Analyst will be supporting an application called "PRM" which is developed by a company called "UMT360".

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training preferred.
5-7 years’ experience required.
Open to 7+ years of experience with no associated degree.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc.
Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including PowerBI, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Sharepoint site administration, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Typical Task Breakdown:

Manual updates to PRM.
Entering IS driven projects.
Updating ROM sizes for all projects reviewed during ROM sizing exercises.
Updating PRM for all projects slotted after slotting exercises.
Update resource plans prior to project kick offs with named resources.
Manual upload of SOW costs for projects on a monthly basis.

Interaction With Team:

Initial training sessions and 2 or 3 weekly meetings.
Communication via email for meetings as well.
