Understand supply chain management, retail order flow, warehouse management, and order fulfillment

Create component diagrams, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams

Provide high-level designs for Business Requirement Documents

Mandatory knowledge of IBM DOM, Blue Yonder WMS, and Iseries?Oracle -based (Legacy) Order Management Systems

Manage and lead troubleshooting sessions and proactively work with business and IT teams to bridge gaps and permanently fix issues.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with business, IT, and HCL teams( integrated) as an orchestrator

Understand error handling frameworks

Guide teams during various project phases

Clearly depict business processes using diagrams

Translate business requirements into architectural designs

Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders

Fluency in both business terminology and IT jargon

Ability to translate between business lingo and technical language

Skill in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

          Tailor communication style for different stakeholder groups
