Senior Technical Developer

Responsibilities: • Participate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with an elegant solution design adhering to best design patterns. o Ability to create/generate high quality output/artifacts aligned to squad’s working agreements and Definition of Done o Being a senior technical member of the team, should be able to contribute to development as well guide the team in ensuring code reviews are done diligently to maintain high standards of quality deliverables. o Actively seek to learn other functional areas within the squad for shared ownership and resiliency. o Understand and implement DTCC tools and practices. o Should actively collaborate with the business stakeholders, Infrastructure teams, support teams, technical SMEs and other project stakeholders during the application development and delivery. Must Haves: • A strong and demonstrated proficiency in business automation workflow tool IBM Business Automation Workflow/IBM BPM. This includes hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated business processes. o Proficiency in full-stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies like JavaScript, and Java. o Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is essential for building scalable and resilient applications. o Solid knowledge of database systems is a must. This includes expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing databases. Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
