• Experience working with Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics).
• Understands end to end HR processes from Hire to time capture to payroll
• Experience working with People Import and Security setup in WFC.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis towards highly available and scalable global solutions.
• Knowledge of custom report writing for Kronos.
• Expertise working with Kronos database queries (SQL) and developing/deploying new integrations using WIM
• good understanding of database tables used by Kronos and their inter-relationships
• Experience with Service Pack upgrades.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Central software suite, V8 preferred.
• Experience working in a Support environment with SLA's.
• Experience working WFC healthcare applications like Workforce Scheduler
for Healthcare, Workforce analytics for Healthcare etc.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in following Kronos WFC Applications modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler,
Workforce absence manager, Workforce HR, Workforce Payroll, Workforce analytics etc.
• Knowledge of Java and Peoplesoft is an added advantage
