As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more. Working in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will be responsible for the iterative delivery of value, with continuous feedback from customers and our business partners. Responsibilities

Responsible for product delivery and the flow of value to our customers and the business
Rolling roadmap planning, facilitating estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management in a lean model Facilitate ceremonies, stand-ups, walk the wall, project updates to ensure work is visible, managed and coordinated
Coordinate the activities of multi-functional teams, and proactively manage dependencies with a singular focus
Manages work-in-progress closely (WIP), and continuously mitigate impediments to flow; eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks
Reporting metrics and status reports that demonstrate the overall health of the project, communicating project status, issues, and action item tracking
Track daily progress, providing insight using Burndowns and other tooling
Keeping senior management and key stakeholders informed of project status and escalating issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality, or budget

Skills And Experience

Technical Project Management managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
Software Product and SaaS experience is a real plus
Lean, Scrum Master Certification or Scaled Agile Certification is a strong plus
Experience with Onshore-Offshore projects
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!,Plandek Effective communication and presentation skills
