Swedish and English speaking and writing

Senior Test Lead with at least five years’ experience as a Test Lead and Tester within Bank & Finance, B2B and Partner onboarding.
Experience from working in Transformation Programs/Projects.
Experience from test projects with test of migrated production data.
Experience with Jira or equivalent bug tracking software.
Very good communicator, i.e. with very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing.
Experience from working with external vendors located in different locations.
Experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it
Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
Strong drive.· Excellent people skills.· Administrative and structured.
Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test cases.· Responsible for test preparations, test planning and managing test execution.
Coordination with vendors, other workstreams and other 3rd parties.
Responsible for using the structure setup in Jira.
Create, modify, and execute manual test cases to business requirements for application functionality,document and report results.
Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios· Submit, track, and validate defects.
Work with business testers as needed to support User Acceptance Testing
Execute all level of testing (e.g., UAT, integration, regression) and analyze results.
Help to identify regression and user acceptance test set.
Help to identify end-to-end test coverage.
